|Black & White inkjet printer, max. 150x150 dpi, works Partially|
Look for help in our forum for printers from HP and Apollo.
Printer supports direct text printing with the 'us-ascii' charset.
This printer was made in 1984. It's basicly a dot matrix printer with an inkjet print head. It takes tractor feed paper. I set it up as text only in printtool.
In CUPS set up a raw (=unfiltered) queue with:
lpadmin -p thinkjet -E -v parallel:/dev/lp0
Note that you get a raw queue when you do not provide a PPD file.
It is rated as "Partially" working because there must be a possibility to print graphics with it.
Consumables/Refills: Cartridge is about $25
